Variables Reference

App Portal uses the following variables:

##Action##Install, uninstall, repair.
##ApprovalHistory##All approval history (who has approved).
##Approver##Shows the current approver.
##APPROVALKEYWORDS##Keywords that the approver then enters on the reply of the email in order to approve the request.
##ApproveRequest##A URL link directly to the My Requests tab selecting and showing only that single request and opens the approval pop-up asking for approval reason. This variable is only valid if there are no pending approval questions.
##AUTOAPPROVEREASON##Used in the Flexible Approval process, this displays comments relating to the approve or reject reason if the approver has added any comments.
##AutoApproveRequest##Auto approves the request without asking for approval reason and no confirmation. This variable is only valid if there are no pending approval questions
##EMAILAPPROVALMAILTOLINKS##Used in Flexible Approval, this provides the content and links for MailTo links.
##EMAILAPPROVALPLACEHOLDER##Used in Flexible Approval, this provides the content for the Flexible Approval details.
##InstallBegin##When the installation should begin (maximum SCCM polling interval configuration setting plus insert date).
##InstallDate##Scheduled install date in client time.
##LastApprover##Shows last approver, if any.
##LastApproverNotes##Notes of the last approver.
##Leased##Outputs the following: The lease for this software will expire " & Request_Data.TotalDaysLeased & " days after the install completes."
##LicenseData##Output of the license data related to a request (inventory group, cost, owned, remaining, used).
##manager##Manager of the requester.
##manager## (##Requester_ manager##)Manager of the requester, target user, current user.
##QuestionID:XX:Message##Shows the message for the associated question response.
##QuestionID:XX##Where XX is the question ID number; we will put the response to the question in this variable.
##Questions_CSV##All questions and responses in CSV format. (Used import into other data sources using email.)
##REJECTKEYWORDS##Keywords that the approver of a software catalog request item then enters as first word in the reply of the email in order to reject the request.
##RejectRequest##A URL link directly to the My Requests tab selecting and showing only that single request and opens the rejection pop-up asking for rejection reason. This variable is only valid if there are no pending approval questions.
(RequestID:##REQUESTID##)Used in Flexible Approval, this provides the ID of the catalog request.
##ReviewQuestions##A URL link directly to the Unanswered Question tab of the Details view of an order.
##UserReadinessXX##All columns from the WD\_UserReadiness table where XX is the column name.
##ViewApprovers##A URL link directly to the Approvers tab of the Details view of an order
##ViewDetails##A URL link directly to the Details tab of the Details view of an order
##ViewInventory##A URL link directly to the Inventory tab of the Details view of an order.
##ViewQuestions##A URL link directly to the Questions tab of the Details view of an order.
##ViewRequest##A URL link directly to the My Requests tab selecting and showing only that single request.
##WS_XX##Where XX is the web service ID used to pass the result of a web service call (if any WS actions associated with the request).
